I have pulled and put in more engines than I care to want to remember. (1 was more than enough.)
I could give you a hand. Do you have a place indoor to do the change? Do you have access to air. Do you have a beer fridge? (only for after!) A couple of things I would recommend. If your car is a 5-speed then get a new slave cylinder. Be prepared with a welder in case you find a crack in the firewall when the old engine is pulled out. If you are going to weld I would also recommend you remove your back seats and check the rear fender wells for cracks as that is also common and you might as well kill two 'birds with one stone. If you want to spruce up any parts (powdercoating etc. Now is the time t think about it.) You might also want to consider taking the time to really clean the engine bay once the old engine is out. In the end it's not that bad. My wife and I swapped out 2 motors and installed one in under 27 hours. Two weekends with you doing some clean up work in between will easily do it.
