I may have a good set on the car I'm parting out.
or you can get repair kits at youre local aftermarket parts store.(in those Help packages). There a pin and bushing kit.

i need to find somebody to do it first lol but id prefer new parts i already tried putting in just pins and bushings and failed. the guy at body shop explained
to me that for my car the hindge is assembed with pins and bushings out of factory as one component and need to be replaced as one.

My experience has figured out that after market hindges and pin are crap.... I know it is more money but if you get the factory ones right out of Ford your are
going to be much more pleased at the end of it all

from my personal experience ford does not offer door hinges anymore, and i know for a fact that the help line does not offer pins or bushings for the
thunderbird, they do offer the roller and pin though. On my own car i drilled out the holes in the original hinges to accept a chevy truck pin and bushing
which is extremely common and cheap.

to do the whole hindge, you need to basiclly remove the dash to make it easier to do..
a right angle drill, and a Repin kick would be best

i know how to do it from when i did my lambo doors. but its not easy, nor do i have time to help out. there are 2 from the outside, one from the inside. unless
you have super girly hands and a crazy tool set, you arn;t getting it without pulling the dash apart,
