Well guys I though I would see if we could check everybody's schedule and see if we can set up a quick meet in Calgary some time in March. Evidently the
Car's will still be tucked away but we could stilll meet up without them. What are your thoughts?

I'm up for that, it'd be nice to get everyone together again....it's been a while and it could be a good start to the year.
John...are you going to be in Calgary anytime? I'd like to meet up with you for a coffee, but work is keeping me busy enough that I don't see a weekend off anytime soon. Give me a shout.

Yeah that'd be great. I still got my car out, lil dirty but what do you expect, it's winter. Sundays work best for me, but I can usually switch
weekends with someone. So let me know and i'll be there.

Guys...I've been racking my brain to see what we can do for a meet, and the other day while hanging on an indoor climbing wall...it hit me. How would you
guys feel about going climbing and then out for a bite to eat? I know that John and myself had met up the other week and figured out a couple dates, but off
the top of my head I can't remember them.

Okay, so what are the plans for the Alberta meet, I was chatting with John a little while ago and nothing was really set in stone at that point, I can't
get the day off but if there's something planned for the evening, well after 4 pm anyway, I can make that part of it. There is a really nice place in
Airdrie if anyone wanted to go out for supper, it's a Greek restaurant, so you know the food is good. I ate there last saturday, i'm gonna go back
again when I get a chance. Anyway, if someone could let me know when, where and what is planned that'd be great.

To confirm our telephone conversation, Devon and I will be in Calgary the weekend of March 15 to go see the Calgary's Car Dealers New Car Show. We go everytime this year every year for the last 7 years. I was going to post a message to see who was around for supper. We would be happy to meet everyone and would available to meet anytime after 5:00 pm; 6:00 pm or later would be better. We would have to miss the rock climbing because of the car show. Hope to see a few people show up for dinner/drinks and talk about T-Birds, Fords, racing and a new subject, Corvettes.

Well everybody there is a new car show at the stampede grounds this up coming weekend so it just makes sense to try and meet up at the car show and then meet
for diner afterwards. Scott will post where we will meet for diner tomorrow. Scott can you post a good location to meet at the car show too. What time does
everybody want to meet and who's coming.

That sounds good, I can be there after work so i'm going to miss just about everything, but what do yo do. So put me in as going, but unfortunately, only
for dinner. Just let me know where and when everything is and i'll leave straight from work and go down to Calgary.

Okay....Glenmore Inn 5pm. I've got us booked for the buffet. It's a good meal, and hopefully there's some blackforest cake for dessert! They are
located on Glenmore Trail and Ogden Road SE.

crap. this is the first time ive been on here in months. its all different now. looks great. i got your message last nite scott, but dont think she realized
that you guys were getting together last nite, otherwise i probably would have tried to make it out. i will have to start paying attention a little more and
come here and visit more often. we made it out to the autoshow on wed. some pretty nice stuff. we're in the market right now for a smaller SUV/crossover.
surprisingly we both really like the new dodge journey. excellent bang for the buck. nothing else comes close to the amount of options and features for the
$$$. plus is comes in RT trim, so hopefully a new family wagon is in my future. doing whatever i can to avoid the minivan route. at least until they come out
with the RT10 caravan!

It was a small but good turnout....Vern and Devon, Jason, Tom, and Myself all made it to supper at the Glenmore Inn. The supper was awesome with a few of us
going multiple rounds for food (and even for supper). Vern, Devon, and Myself met up at the Autoshow and walked around for a little while to catch the sights
of the newest and greatest vehicles on the market.
Just think....our next meet may be at the track....

Yeah it was good, I enjoyed it, i'm glad I made it down for the meet, too bad I couldn't get to the car show too, I heard it was a good show. Well,
when the next meet is planned i'll call in sick or something to make the entire day if it's all planned. Oh, and Scott, that was some really good
blackforest cake too.
