Down at the Queensboro Landing Tim Hortons. Sunday July 13th. So bring out your cars, grab a coffee and talk some shop. Posts: 671 (07/13/2008 08:49 PM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Sorry I didn't make it out - I had fully intended to even though I'm still feeling crappy (had the flu for the past 2 weeks). Anyway just as I was getting ready to go my neighbor knocked on the door and asked if we had flooding in the laundry room (which adjoins to theirs). Sure enough -- there was a lake in there! So we had to call emergency services guys and they came out, shut off the water, and figured out that a water line had burst and was leaking into the wall between the 2 units, and all over our lower level floors. After that the guys with the monster water suction thing came out and sucked up all the water and now there are industrial strength fans going down there until they come back tomorrow to fix the water lines. They didn't get out of here until after 9 p.m. What fun eh? I definitely would've rather gone for coffee!! How did it go? Anybody got pictures etc?

Had the same thing done to me like last year or the year before, A pipe from the Unit up stairs busted.. and it Found its way down to my suite.. YAH!! Nothing like seeing water collecting in Light fixtures, or coming out the Circuit breaker Box, ect.. And the Tenant wasn't even HOME!! So how was the coffee meet?? Hopefully i'll be able to do the next one, and bring the Birdy with me.. But have to say the drive back from Harrison on Saturday night was nice (OH and i know a AWESOME 400-450 Round trip from Vancouver cruise if anyone wants to go on one?? ) "Turning seems to be a lost form." Also got the SC dyno'd at Fast Specialties in Vancouver, Washington. Destroyed the engine in the process. Got some decent numbers though. It's still down there.
