looking at doing some exhaust mods on my 1990 SC. i am looking for a place in Vancouver. Can anyone recommend a good shop. i've heard some good things
about Muffler-Tech in PoCo and Hoeglers in Richmond. One day i would like to make some serious hp so would like to go to a 2-1/2 to 3 to 2-1/2 system with
Cats removed and headers. what resonator or mufflers would sound good with this system. thanks for any recommendations

My suggestion for going to get your exhaust bent, would also be bring CASH. Most of the time if you talk to the guy and he says that he has had several
sc's here before, and you tell him you had a couple friends come to here from recommendation, bla bla bla. . . Then usually it works out no tax, or you can
even bargain down. It works for me most of the times.
Good luck.

Awesome information Andrew. headers sound good. what kind do you have? are they long or short? coated or non-coated. i like those Kooks on the SCP site.
I was also thinking about installing the headers myself in fact i have the car up on stands now and could do it easily my issue is I live in PG and would have
a noisy ride to Van with open headers. Definitely going with the Magnaflow (do you have a part #) and have heard good things about the Borlas. i looked into
using a Borla...

Hey buddy,

I went to hoeglers and got them to bend up 2.5-3-2.5 exhaust and was pleased with the the result. I supplied my down tubes from my headers and a magnaflow
resonator and they did the rest cost me about 550ish. The only problem I had was how they made the exhaust exit..I don't care for the look but some do, I
think I should have been more clear as to what I wanted. They provide good service and the guy there said he has done a couple sc so I assume he would be
getting...
